At MyDreams Global College, we believe that purposeful study produces understanding, understanding brings illumination, and enlightened minds are equipped to influence the world. Inspired by Daniel 9:2, our philosophy is captured in our motto: Ex Libris Intelligimus — "From books, we understand."
MyDreams Global College was established in Enugu to offer families a secondary school that takes reading and understanding seriously, keeps classes small enough for every child to be known, and holds the line on discipline.
The school runs junior and senior secondary classes on one campus, with day and boarding places. Science, arts and commercial streams are offered from SSS 1, and students sit the BECE, WASSCE, NECO SSCE and UTME as external candidates of the school.
The crest carries an open book beneath a globe and the reference Daniel 9:2 — the verse in which Daniel "understood by books" the years appointed for his people. That is the standard we set: read, understand, then act.
To give every student a disciplined, book-centred education that produces understanding, sound character and the confidence to influence the world for good.

Understanding before performance
We teach for comprehension, not just for marks. A student who understands a thing can explain it, apply it and question it.
Discipline
Punctuality, tidy work, honest examinations and respect for staff and classmates are expected of everyone, every day.
Faith and character
Daily devotion, Christian religious studies and a pastoral care system that notices when a child is struggling.
Service
Prefects, house duties, community outreach and the expectation that ability carries responsibility.
A global outlook
Nigerian curriculum, taught with an eye on the wider world: languages, ICT, current affairs and international assessments where they help.

The shield carries the globe over an open book, lit from behind by a rising sun: understanding gained from reading, shining out to the world. Beneath it is the reference Daniel 9:2, the verse in which Daniel "understood by books" the years appointed for his people.
The colours are maroon for seriousness and gold for the light that understanding brings. Students wear the crest on their blazers and, by the time they leave, are expected to be able to explain it.
